Chinese language question.
Discussion
My Chinese is now limited (worsened over the years), although my partner is fluent as she is native Chinese (mainland). Do you want the reply to your questions in Chinese? If so, I don't believe that PH forums displays Chinese characters.
In terms of Chinese, the standard - mainland China - is Mandarin. Guangdong province and Hong Kong, etc mostly speak Cantonese. Provinces also have their own regional dialect.

Top picture is more formal way of asking for a person's name. (Simplified Chinese)
"What is your name?"
First bottom one is incomplete.. it's trying to say "What are you called?" (or basically what is your name.
Second bottom one is almost complete but has an error... last character is wrong.
I'm a bit rusty though.
edit: Corrections.

Thanks ant. Should the bottom one read..."What is your name?"
