Aftermarket Wheels?

Good evening.
Bought a used M4 last Friday from a BMW dealer.
Enquired about the wheel centres not being genuine prior to sale.
Salesman couldn't explain why the wheel centres weren't the originals but was assured the wheels were OEM. See photo.
Wheels are immaculate so suspected there had been some refurbishment carried out.
Wheel centres replaced with the standard blue and white centres prior to collection.
Discs and pads replaced on all four corners by the dealership just prior to my viewing the car.
Having looked at a few M cars one feature NOW jumps out at me: the wheels on my car don't have the M logo normally located next to the wheel centre.
I'm now suspicious.
Three questions:
1. Are the wheels genuine?
2. If they are replacements is there a common problem that would lead to such a scenario?
3. How does this fit with the BMW Approved Used programme?
If they aren't genuine I have concerns about the provenance of the car.
Car has one previous owner.
