Beovision 11 /no Spotify app

Hi ladies and gents,i am a complete idiot when it comes to the tech side of everything but I feel there is a quality difference between the same music when I could play it through the Spotify app on the Beovision 11 (before it was removed) to now having to play it through my computer or phone that then connects to the tv to play the same music.Would I be correct in this or am I going deaf ?Lol.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated,i have the Deezer app on tv but that does not always work and Apple.

I have a horizon and used to use spotify which i liked until they removed it. Which is really annoying.
Ended up using Deezer but went for the hifi? Subscription which streams lossless format. Definitely sounded better than spotify when im listening through my beolab 9s

Thanks for the reply Hippo,thnk I am sorted,have Apple tv installed so went with Apple music and the quality and power seems to be there
