Took delivery of my GT3 Mk1 yesterday...totally awesome car...BIG SMILE! Feels SOOOOO good to have a 911 again - been in the 'wilderness' for 3 years now since I sold my G50 Carrera. Pic (bit small - haven't had a chance to get any decent digital pix yet) on my profile page.

Got the Cup clutch and single mass flywheel installed. Manthey suspension, uprated brakes, and K400 tweaks later in the year

Many thanks (again) to the GT3 guys on here for the fantastic info and support - really helped me decide what to go for.

Looking fwd to many track days, and (for once) I'm pretty sure this is a car I'll keep without boredom for 3yrs+...it's bl00dy wonderful

Xtra thanks to Dove House Motor Company (www.dovehousecars.co.uk) for truly FANTASTIC customer service.

Hi Glenn - there's a small pic on my profile page...click on my handle on the thread under 'Author', and you'll see it.

Also 3 pics of it at:

www.dovehousecars.com/stock/details.asp?VehicleID=58

Will get some better digital pix soon as I get a chance.

Great choice of car. I've had my Mk 1 GT3 just over a year and it's the best car I've owned or driven by a huge margin.

Not exactly poor, is it?

Just the tonic against a backdrop of disasterous, communist electoral prevelance.

Beautiful. I had a black Mk1, it's the only car that I ever regretted selling.

I hope that you enjoy it.
