Anyone got a house for sale or possible short term rent?

I have currently got my house on the market in Scotland and when it sells i will be looking to move to somewhere around Birmingham/Leicestershire, i am kind of flexible but the prices around that neck of the woods seem to be roughly what i am looking for.

We are ultimately looking to buy a house for cash (£200-£230k) but may have to look at renting something while we look, or maybe if the rental house suits us, who knows.

The budget is kind of small and we are looking for a four bed, in a non stabby area.

So I thought i would ask here as it would be good to be dealing with a PH'er.
