Looking at Forza Horizon 4's car list gives me a bit of Deja Vu as do most games, they provide loads but am sure we are missing loads that never get light of day,

Never anything BL/Austin Rover/Rover/MG

Big light on cooking versions

Lotus Sunbeam
Manta
Chevette HS
Talbot Horizon
Dolomite Sprint
Citroens dont feature much
Fiats, Coupe Turbo in GT2 I think

What others would you like to see appear ?

Appreciate a lot is tat but Marina's vs Princesses and a Talbot or to would be Hillarious.

The MGA and Manta are in Forza 7 and I'm sure I've seen the Talbot Horizon or Sunbeam in Horizon 3.
Obviously licensing plays a major part too.

Lotus Sunbeam is in Horizon 3 as a DLC car, so will almost certainly appear in 4. As for ones we don't get, despite always being brought up as one of the best driver's cars ever, we never get the 205 GTi. Same for most other retro hot hatches: XR3i, Astra and Nova GSI, Saxo VTS etc. Perhaps they could release them as a DLC pack, with a special McDonalds car park burnout stage?

Older TVRs. Forza 4 has a Sagaris and a Tuscan but I can’t think of many others.

GT Legends had a 60’s Griff 400.

I misinterpreted the title and immediately thought "Everything that isn't a GT3 car in Assetto Corsa". Jaguars are often missing, you just get an E-type and whatever their fastest modern car at the time is. A huge amount of American cars are left out too a few 60s muscle cars plus there modern equivalents and nothing in between, when will we get the chance to drive the rubbish they were making in the 70s and 80s?

I did a little googling.

MG TF. Gran Turismo 6
MG ZS. Toca Racer Driver
MG ZR. Colin McRae Rally
Metro 6R4 is in a few games.
Austin Mini Cooper racing on the PS2. The Mini was also in Demolition Derby 2.

Someone I knew from a forum had their mint Maestro Turbo measured up for one of the Gran Turismo games, number 4 I think, but it never made it in.

I would pay top dollar for an 80's, 90's hot hatch pack in Gran Turismo or Assetto Corsa.

Peogeot 205, 309 GTi
MG Metro/Maestro/Montego Turbo's
Rover 216, 220 GTi
Rover SD1 Vitesse
Capri 2.8i
XR2,3,4i's
Sierra Sapphire Cosworth's, and the whale tails
Escort Cosworth
Renault 5 GT Turbo
Astra/Nova GTE etc
Metro GTi 16v

I would pay up to £50 for this as DLC without a doubt!

Austin Mini and 6R4 are in the Forza games, but Destruction Derby 2 only had fake cars

Because they are all niche European market cars. No one in Japan or the US will have heard of them.

Gran Turismo has used a lot of TVR's over the years including the above plus a T350c, Tamora, Cerbera, Chim, Griffith, Speed 12 and more.

I can't remember seeing these in any game I've played:-

Mini Cooper was in Colin McRae 2, it appeared after you'd completed a couple of rallies.

Someone mentioned the Saxo VTR/VTS, Need For Speed Underground 2 had the 106GTi which was approximately equivalent.

Test drive unlimited 1 had at least the M400 & the M600 (though it may have been in a previous 'concept' name. I think it may have had the GTO-3R as well, thinking about it.

For me it's things like the Saxo VTS, MG ZR, a normal MK2 MX5 (I'm looking at you Forza, with your mazdaspeed turbo ones!).

I don't play GT games so not counting their crazy car lists.

With TVR's I think TDU1 had a couple decent ones, Typhon/T440R etc.

Absolutely, all us aging 80s and 90s kids !

Perhaps have a Blackbird Leys course where we could do burnouts in an MG Maestro.

I suppose it must be costly to create a new car from scratch, model the whole thing and they are getting more variety, the UK isnt as big of a market as the US, thats why there are loads of Muscle cars in the games nowadays, was a novelty when they were first included but need some new stuff.

How about some others

Tickford Capri
Non M3 E30, 325i sort of thing, loads of those about back in the 90s
Clio WIlliams
Renault 19 16 valve- These are a bit forgotten nowadays but were massive at the time
Reliant Scimitar
Skoda Estelle/Rapid

70s/80s Barge pack

Audi 80/90/100/200
Volvo 740 Turbo "INTERCOOLER"
Ford Granada, of any description, 2.8i, Scorpio, MK1, 2 or 3 ?
Carlton 3000/Senator
Saab 9000
Rover 800
Nissan Bluebird
Jag XJ6/12/Daimler
