Help with Mk 5 golf GTtdi

Hi i am relatively new to modding but got a Mk5 gttdi, i would love new alloys and know what will fit, my question is how big can i go without rolling my arches and destroying my handling ?

I would like this (see url) look but am unsure if there is more too this than fat tyres ? Also is there any mod places i can go for info live in preston? thanks xxx

A boring reply, I know, but have you checked to see how it would affect your Insurance first?

Yes any mods will obviously raise my premium apart from engine work my insurer is happy with new wheels and ill will add things as i go, possibly change insurer if prices get silly xx
