Audi A6 - Brake disc size?
Discussion
The brake pad warning light on my wifes car has come on today. She has a 2008 A6 2.0tdi. C6 i think.
I have been looking at the Eurocarparts webpage and notice that there are two sizes of pads to match two sizes of disc.
It seems that there are 321mm, 347mm and 314mm.
My wifes car is a boggo stock 2.0tdi. I assume that the car will have 314mm discs?
Is there any way to confirm this without removing the wheel and measuring?

Thanks Granto.
They turned out to be 314mm. Eurocarparts just seemed to know from the registration plate, but i measured the discs using a schoolboy style rig in place made of plastic rulers. Even with this method i knew it was around 300mm.
I replaced the O/S myself in my garage with a basic tool kit. Pretty easy. I broke for luch and started the N/S after lunch as rounded the head of the screw which locates the disc!
I got scared and called up a friend at a local garage who was able to help me with an impact driver.
Just done 120 miles to bed the brakes in. All seems good so far. Audi main STEALER wanted £480 for front disc and pad replacement. I did the job for £130 using all Brembo parts.
Thank you for your help, thanks to ECP and thanks to Justin at Watters car and commercial.
