Well my previous post has been removed, not really sure why but I'll try rewording it

My FIL is looking for a smaller car than his current Skoda Octavia Estate but still needs space for a wheelchair (folding) and maybe also a "zimmer"
He's looking at the Fabia but I think a Nissan Note or Honda Jazz maybe a better option. What other spacious small cars are there about at the moment?
Needs to have a little bit of style to it so no Kangoos etc.
Thanks

What about a Fabia or Ibiza in estate form. Great little cars with MASSIVE boots.

My wife has an Ibiza ST which is a perfect family second car for the kids and dog (largish Labrador)

Good luck.

Also Clio estate or 208 Estate

A yeti has a large boot and has a reasonably modest foot print. My BIL loves his.

My friends Yaris has a big boot relative to its size. The rear seats slide back and forth so you can trade rear leg room for boot space.

Or he could go the whole hog and get a small van derived car like the Berlingo.

the Jazz rear seats have clever folding options, that might be ideal for a wheel chair - the base folds up to give a deep loading area behind the front seats.
Definitely worth looking at, to see if it works for him.
Despite my prejudices, I have warmed to the Mrs's and she loves it.

If he likes his cars the top of the range has toys and/or a full glass roof.

Fabia Monte Carlo Estate if he wants something with a touch of flair in terms of the subtle bodykit and black wheels. I have a hatchback and love it.

My dad used to have a Ford BMax and with the seats down it was pretty decent back there

Nissan Note Mk1. Had two and been happy with both.

The rear seats on the Jazz can fold up like a cinema seat so you could probably put a folded up wheelchair behind the front seats and the rear doors open to just about 90 degrees so they are a piece of piss to load into.

Renault Scenic, fold the back seats down or take them out and you can hold a party in the back.
