Any Fleet Managers on here?
Discussion
I thought I'd try here first rather than General. I'm looking to tender the Fleet Management services for the company I work for. We have a Fleet over ~600 cars and ~500 LCVs. The current Fleet management company do a decent job but have been unchallenged for many years. I'm looking at companies like LEX, Arval, LeasePlan and so on, but would appreciate any recommendations.
Also, let me know if I've posted in the wrong section! Thanks.

Our Fleet expert is the only qualified member of the Fleet Managers Association who isn't an inhouse fleet manager, savings he's found on company fleets is staggering.
Happy to make introductions if you can send me a pm or click through on my profile to my website, number and email is on there.

I'm not a fleet manager, but sell fleet so have experience of a few companies. None of my customers have ever spoken too highly of Lex, they've said that you have to keep chasing them to get any issues resolved, which defeats the point of having them look after your fleet in first place. Daimler Fleet Management provide a fleet management service and can fund for all makes of vehicles. Although a smaller company, Venson are very good, I'll happily put you in touch with the right person there if you like.
As a side note I'd love to quote for supplying you with Mercedes vans

Why not put a small advert in Fleet News or similar
In a previous role we did something similar for logistics services
The ad (in a couple of logistics journals) was very basic and (in an indication of how long ago this was) solicited replies to a box no c/o the journal in question
"AAA credit rated FMCG company invites interested parties to request the tender documents for a range of ambient and frozen road logistics routes, primarily into Retailer DCs"
We did specifically invite incumbents and others that we thought would be a good addition to the supplier base, but the ad surfaced a couple of suppliers that we would never have thought of that went on to do a great job for us at very competitive prices
