27 y/o looking for fun car
Discussion
In a few months I'm moving back to the UK from Canada. I have been in Canada for a couple years, during which time I haven't had a car, so I'm excited to get back into owning/tinkering with cars.
To give some background, the last few cars I had before leaving were two NA miatas and a lightly tuned 2.0T B5 Audi A4. Of those I preferred the MX5s as they were just a lot more fun to drive despite being slower.
I'm 27 now, so insurance has finally dropped to a reasonable amount for some quicker cars and that, plus not having a car for a while has got me quite excited about buying my next car. I usually put around 10k miles on a year, so it wouldn't be a weekend toy or anything like that, but looking for something fun first and foremost. Looking to spend around 10k GBP, which is around 15K USD
The cars I have been looking at are:
Nissan 350z
Nissan 370z
Porsche Cayman S (1st Gen)
BMW Z4 Coupe 3.0
BMW E36 M3
BMW E46 M3
Honda S2000
Let me know what you think! Any other similar cars that I am forgetting that would be worth looking into?

That's a very good budget to work with! First work out things you can/can't sacrifice (i.e Back seats, Boot space, Fuel bills, Insurance cost, Interior modcons etc etc) and then go from there. I would run a few insurance quotes on some of your choices first, it can be very dependent on no claims bonus
Just bear in mind the ye old Car Triangle - You can only pick two from this list:
1. Fast
2. Reliable
3. Cheap to run/maintain

I'd go for a 370Z they're a cracking drive.
