How to remove dealers window stickers!?

Just bought a V50, 11 yrs old, reasonable miles but on the tailgate are two dealers stickers right in line where you look in rear view mirror, wouldn't truly mind but its vertical running over top two elements of rear window demister, the 2nd decal is lower down thankfully, how best to remove, using what and then of course not wanting to damage the delicate demister elements?

Hair dryer or after a period in the sun will give you the best chance.

If, having got the vinyl sticker off there is any glue residue left on the window, De Solv It Sticky Stuff Remover will soon deal with what is left. Just dab it on, leave to soak in and gently rub off with a cloth, will not damage your heated window elements.

As it was a warmish day, I tried lifting a corner to see what happened, sure enough it all peeled off quite easily, leaving an edge of sticky stuff which cleaned up quite nicely with some nail varnish/acetone remover.
