I don't know anything about that industry/sector.... but I'd say your lacking mentions of actual achievements in each of the roles. You describe what you did in each role, but don't actually say "and I did it brilliantly and increased XYZ by 1000000%"

Was exactly my first impression. List your achievements and what those delivered/improved etc.

eg:

"Successfully delivered Project A, leading to x% increase in revenue and y% increase in customer retention"

- or whatever is appropriate in your field.

Also, reading that "list" was hard work, try and distil it down a bit and make it easier on the eye.

My roles are heavily process based. Never been in a job where I've had specific projects. I was paid not to make errors and that was it. I can mention a low error rate. But then that's a bit like a doctor saying i get my diagnosis correct most of the time. So I'm a little reluctant to mention it.

This is partly why I get so bored with the roles, nothing really to get stuck into.

If a low error rate is important to that role... and your error rate is good, mention it. It means you're good at the role.

Thank appreciate it. I need to put together a generic CV with transferable skills. Once I've done that I'll PM you.

Thanks
Rich

Mostly what others have said - add the value of what you did in each role. Additionally, I'd dump mention of being a sales assistant at Homebase for two years in the early 2000's (not relevant, and who cares?) and maybe start your career list with:

2004 – 2006 Alliance Bernstein, London

I'd also quantify the opening bullet points, e.g.

Strong experience in trade execution having traded spot and forward FX for XX years for Y financial institutions.
Excellent attention to detail with proven track record in outstanding accuracy, as a result of extensive time spent in <role name>.

I think you have to really set out your stall in the bullet points, with the role list underneath providing more colour and validating what you say you can do. Just don't make people go looking for how long you did this or that - tell them in the bullets. That will hopefully make them want to read further into your work history to confirm that you're who they're looking for.
