Mercedes Voluntary Termination to PCP

Hey All
So following advice I have emailed Merc stating I wish to terminate.

I am over 50% of the payments. I have £783 to pay and also excess mileage ( i cant face arguing on that) i am 15000 over

Car is 3 yrs old, no scratches, spotless inside, alloys intact, only 3 stone chips on bonnet.

I am 500 miles off my 3 yr service and 1st MOT due on 31st October.

Rather than sign the pack i have asked to take the car to a Mercedes dealer to have the car inspected and left with them, and then MB finance will send a collection agency to get car, then i will be billed for excess millage. I am scared to sign the pack, but i want the car gone and dusted before the 15th of Aug, as i am away out of the country with work for 3 months.

Now for my question
do you think i will be hit for the service?
what is the opinion on general wear and tear?
