Seat Ibiza 1.4TDi juddering when pulling away...

Hi guys and gals,
Wondering if anyone's come across this here before?
Missus has an Ibiza 1.4TDi, 2007, 80BHP, not totally sure of the engine code but I'm sure I can find out.
Car is juddering when engaging the clutch/pulling away. Like, the whole car shakes, especially noticeable is the juddering of both the front wheels from outside the car when slipping the clutch.
We have been told earlier today that it is likely to be DMF. I'd say unlikely because it hasn't got one. Also, clutch kit was done by myself last Christmas and we have maybe put 5k miles on it? So again, I feel unlikely.
That said, you could akin the judder to a DMF failure. Cruising and general driving is fine however. Brakes and steering are also good.
Is there issues with the balancing shaft on these? I've been having a bit of a browse today but am struggling to find anything useful or related? Love the little beast so would like to get it sorted but I know these are getting old now.
