My father in law has Parkinson’s Disease. His condition is not helped by poor diet. For one reason or another he always reaches for a packet of crisps, some cake, bread or a biscuit. This is not the stuff to eat with his condition. What he needs is low sugar, high fibre food. If he didn’t live ten hours away in the middle of nowhere we’d make supply home made snacks made from fresh fruit and vegetables. But he does and we can’t. So we need something we can buy in a packet and ship monthly/fortnightly to him. What I’d love is snacks made from vegetables (not starchy vegetables) in a packet ready to eat. Can anyone recommend a product that fits this brief?
