Some people use grease on clutch parts yet others state that grease attracts the clutch plate dust and other dirt
What do you masters of the trade suggest I do before fitting the below parts to a Peugeot 306 1.9 diesel gearbox?
Below are the parts I'm replacing
Thank you in advance

Small amount on the cross shaft where it rotates in the bushings, wipe away excess.

Release bearing and guide, not a chance.

Straight to the point is what I like, thank you very much
What about the fork where it presses on the bearing?

Grease the things that pivot but not anything that spins.
