The very first Google search brings up RAC test drive insurance.

I've used Aviva before: https://www.aviva.co.uk/insurance/motor/short-term...
Cost me about £25 for a day on a 2 year old car.

Aviva.

Used it a few times for various reasons.
2 days are much less than 1 day x 2 if it helps logistics.

I have used Swiftcover in the past back when they used to be cheap. I don't know if you need to have an existing policy to get temp cover though.

I have also used Tempcover but they are quite expensive.

Do you already have insurance on another car and is the car you are test driving insured? You might have Drive other cars cover already.
