So for a nice change to the constant diet/health freak threads that occasionally grace the P&P...
...I'm looking for some real, bunter-baking, bloater-making, fat-packing hardcore recipies for my dad, who's now been put on a 4000 calorie-a-day diet.
Yes, 4000
We are talking about a man here who has spent the last 10/20 years of his life on rabbit food - in fact the last fry up he had was 12 years ago. He has been ridiculously careful and unbelievably healthy, and is embedded in routine.
Due to a drastic change in his health, he has now been told to ditch all the rules of healthy eating and replace it with anything he fancies, the fattiest and most calorific food he can think of.
So come on, chaps - do your worst. (I say chaps because I'm thinking pies, rather than chocolate). What's the most jam packed, filthy home-cooked meal you can think of, along with the most evil anti-diet treats.

Pizza has an enormous calorific content. The best 'veg' for calories is by far the avacado.

proper fry up in the morning
sausage x4
eggs x3
black pudding X 1/2
Chestnun mushrooms x2(probably a bit to healthy, best cook them in lots of butter)

I have added how much of each I would have but you can adjust the amounts depending on the personal preferences
On top you could also add

baked beans
potato waffles
bubble & Squeak

4000's not much really, when I was bodybuilding in my late teens/early 20s used to go up to 6-7000.
Difficult to get that much from eating regular food, best way is to drink it.
Get a food blender, make up some recipes such as...
1 Pint Whole Milk
3 or 4 Eggs
Any Calorie Dense Weight Gain Powder (Any flavour)
Banana
Ice Cubes
Blend the lot. Drink.
Tastes great
Total calories about 1200 per shake.
2 or 3 of these a day plus regular food will see him top 4000 easy.
