Real Time In Vehicle Remote Video Monitoring

Possible client has developed a dashcam that records to SD card but can also live stream pictures to a pc / device.

Use is for engineers vans, delivery vans and whatever you can think of - yes its a bit big brother but they think it will sell and have a few fleets interested.

I couldn't find it but does this exist already?

Sounds like a solution looking for a problem. Why would you need real time streaming?
