How much are you asking, is there a link?
I've been looking everyday at Chimaeras for sale on the usual platforms and the prices vary from CAT C's for £9k with no mention of chassis work to non accident damaged cars with outriggers done etc for the same price.
Doesn't seem to be a specific pricing structure for this type of car.
I'm not looking to buy until Jan but can't help looking

Hmm, Mine was actually the easiest car I've sold, sort of sold itself almost before I actually advertised it on PH.
Good luck.
Sort of understandable why though Mac
Good luck.
though I agree with Aluns comment that you never get back the money invested and thinking that you can is wishful thinking, especially with a modified car. Bought mine in '05 for £20k sold it in '17 for £29k. Looks good eh? Then there's the £27k I spent on it in that time in parts and machining services, paint, tyres, sundries etc (though the latter shouldn't really be costed so nearer £22k) with all labour done by myself (and friend now and then) it's not quite so good. Then again, 13k over that many years? I'd have lost more on a new car with not half the fun I had and friends I made which of course is priceless. Did I sell too cheap and too quickly? I'll never know but was happy with the price and process at the time. Though I did have another two enquiries post sale. I think you have to 'keep it real' to quote Ali G (especially on price), be honest and don't suffer idiots (had one of them too and a joy-rider).

Looks good. Maybe the description could say more about history, condition, work done etc.
I personally like a detailed description when viewing an advert but that's just my personal opinion.
Like Mac, selling mine was fairly straightforward - bought unseen and not driven before the sale with money in the bank before I picked up the new owner from the train station! - but it was advertised for about 6 weeks. Apart from the buyer just one other test drive. Advertised on Carandclassic (free) then PH and finally eBay where the buyer saw it. I personally like a detailed description when viewing an advert but that's just my personal opinion.
Going to be brutally honest and say the advert on here I would pass by as it has no history details, chassis condition, upgrades and so on. The car is probably really nice but the advert just doesn't tell me. And in a market flooded with Chims, your ad needs to stand out.

OPI am going to be brutally honest here, having just bought a 400 and having been looking off and on for a year...
Your pics need work, I couldn’t tell whether the car was a bit dirty or covered in stone chips/scratches.
No pics of the underside. This is a specialist car and you will usually be selling to someone who knows their stuff. Number one thing we all look for is a non rusty chassis but it is not mentioned at all.
A prospective new owner wants to know you have cosseted this car, you should be trumpeting all the work done. If you have done lots yourself so not many receipts of money spent, then fine but detail it in the ad!
Your enthusiasm comes over well but there needs to be more meat to the bones of the description.
Price wise I don’t think you are far off but be prepared to haggle a bit, there are lots for sale at the moment. Good luck.
