TSB online business website is down again!!! I tried for over an hour to log in this morning & getting repeatedly thrown out every time I clicked on something. Apparently they've had a few calls this morning. Its just taken me 27 mins of being on hold to various departments in order to make a simple transfer. Time to look for another business bank I think.

Having been with them for over 30 years, I’m getting towards the same place with personal banking.

Needed a new card for my Santander account, phoned them, 3 days letter it comes through the letter box.

My card for our TSB joint account expired at the end of June, phoned them over a month ago to enquire where the replacement was, still not received one.

Just mentioned this to my wife, she says she was trying last night to access various offers and savings options last night but they were all "unavailable"

App wont work and online says password error. Maybe only selected customers affected

I left TSB around 12 months ago and took all my banking away from them apart from a couple of the kids Junior ISA's because I've not got round to it.
I got sick of their branches and it really hit home to me on a rae visit to the branch one day stood in a queue and they had a sign on their desks which apparently all banks have to display which shows their customer satisfaction ratings, TSB were outside the top 10 banks at the time.

At that point I made the decision to leave and moved to HSBC who I haven't had an issue with whatsoever.
