What the hell is this on my throat

Been feeling like I’ve got something stuck in my throat for a while. Had some flu/cold thing for about 3 weeks which feels like it’s finally going now. Still phlegmming loads.

Anyway stuck a torch down my throat and when I put my tongue forward and close my throat this thing pops up at the back.

Obviously I’ll see a doctor but wtf.
