What would you choose T, Sc or 964
Discussion
I’m looking at a couple of 1970 911 T,s 2.2 litre , 911 sc,s and 964,s. I really like the 1970 T.s but I guess the later cars would drive better. The early cars I believe look like they are dropping a bit as with many makes.
I’m not looking as an investment to make money but be nice not to drop a lot. The drive and nostalgia is more important to me.
What are your thoughts

Do you have a specific budget ?
Hi Im looking at around 60-70K. I have seen a couple of 1970 911T which are tempting. Have a soft spot for a targa as we plan on moving to France/Spain. And a left hand drive model would be preferred. As far as the 964 I would prefer a 2 wheel drive. I don't mind a backdated or hot-rodded car.Edited by evodarren on Monday 13th August 06:54
In the UK, a LHD Targa of any variant will probably be the least desirable, so offers potentially better value.
Agree that the G50 Carrera 3.2 would be a very good consideration - nice mix of classic and modern - and don't dismiss the Cabriolet.
Best buys are likely to be after the summer, but don't buy anything without an expert PPI.
