The Jetty at Mudeford is quite nice.

La Perle in Milford on Sea is really good. The head chef uses a lot of local ingredients to great effect.

For pubs I quite like the Royal Oak at Fritham, there are some nice tracks to walk or cycle around there and they do a nice ploughman’s

Was there last Thursday, good though not cheap for a Fullers pub!

A few others to consider.......

... Chewton Glen, excellent & not silly money
....Alice Lisle near Ringwood has been good of late
....V&G's Italian in Ringwood is nice.
.....Captains Club at Christchurch on a nice day sitting on the terrace by the river.
.....Filly Inn near Brokenhurst has been good
....The Pig at Brokenhurst needs booking

Was about to suggest "The Pig" but have beaten to it. Their other location "Pig on the Beach" at Sandbanks is equally as good.

I’ve been going to the pig for a number of years and the last time I have to say it felt like their standards were slipping. Maybe they were just having a bad day? I love the little scotch eggs they do.
