Can't change mine for some reason. What's going on?

It will have been updated but is being cached by your browser.

Press your shift key and the refresh button in your browser and the new picture will magically appear

I have been having this exchange via email still cannot make it work I stll do not understand the term "refresh button in your browser"

Okay, cool, all sorted. Thanks. I had assumed that reopening the profile's main details page would refresh it automatically.

(I had better remove the "IT Guru" claim )

Trouble is that the new picture uses the same filename as the old picture and so your browser thinks it's the same and doesn't download the new one.

It's something I'll change in due course to work around this problem.

I wondered whether it was something like this. Web stuff ain't my forte.

Thanks for this. I know people see the picture I want on my profile, but when I look at my members profile it is the old photo. Too Tecno Boll***s for me!

If you're using Internet Explorer then press the 'Refresh' button on the toolbar whilst holding down the shift key on your keyboard.

The new picture will then appear.
