Macrocalcification of testes

So in a routine ultrasound to my circumcision last year, I had my genitals examined via ultrasound. One thing that was picked up is macrocalcification of the testicle, and I am going for another routine scan.

Has anyone had this and should I worry about cancer? I have not noticed anything unusual with my testicles or any behaviour in that area, and my urologist said this is not that unusual or serious in men.
