Mk 4 Mondeo 1.8tdci issues again

This car is beating me now and I have a lot of money (relatively) already poured into it.

Its a MK4 Mondeo, 1.8 diesel and 65k miles.
As some already know, it has had
- new belts
- new injector seals
- full set of new injectors
- Recent full service

My problem is, it is still regularly running rough and missing/rattling on acceleration. This is normally between 1500 and 2200rpm (Classic injector issues IMO)
It also will still shudder a bit when revved up at idle.
There's no excess smoke and as yet no fault codes.
I can't pin it down to any specific conditions as its intermittent which is frustrating me.

Any suggestions as to what I can check or what to look at next? Would new glow plugs help the issue?

Straight back to whoever did the injectors.

Glows wouldn't cause a issue when its up and running at temperature.
