cerbera targa

just an idea
would it be possible to fit a sunroof to a cerbera
or cut a hole in the roof and keep the pieces as targa panels.
i guess it could work would anyone consider doing this or is it a bad idea/sin to tamper with a Cerb in this way dicuss amongst yourselves.

I think there are pictures some where taken at the factory when they tried and it really spoils the look and line of the roof so I would leave it alone in my opinion.

I reckon it would be a bloody good idea?? If ours was heading in for a respray, I would try my hardest to convince my dad to let me loose on the roof. A single piece targa cut out of the *inside* of the roll cage would be ace for those sunny days... Wouldnt spoil the lines at all if done properly - and would add to the Cerberas appeal. Perhaps to the extent where a few more Grifmeara owners would convert and be able to keep thier sun tan/burnt heads!

I've always fancied a leccy sunroof in the cerb and think it would make the cabin feel a bit more airy. As stated, placing it between the rollcage shouldn't cause any problems and think it would enhance the car.

They have recently made a hard top for Chim and Griff, looks pretty good , I am sure fitting a sun roof in a cerb would not be too hard for them.

Sprint !? Havent been a member of TVRCC since '99. Found it all a bit too beardy, real ale and overly enthusiastic - full of people who wave at each other.

Nah... personally I'd prefer a flush fitting removeable glass panel...
