Chip Touch Up

Hi all,

Does anybody have an idea of whether a chip such as this can be easily touched up? It’s on the door edge and appears pretty much to be just down to the primer (but not the metal) as it’s black underneath.

My second question is, if it’s not down to the bare metal is it something that should be addressed quickly (I.e. could the paint start to flake as it’s been damaged) or can it wait.

A chip-ex kit will see you well, I'd always suggest attending to it sooner rather than later.
