Why no 911 Turbo GTS?

Given the gap between the 991 GT2 RS and the Turbo S, why not have a slightly more hardcore, slightly lower, slightly more powerful, more noisy version of the Trubo S that is designed for going fast and having fun, maybe the occasional track day?

I am a fan of Turbo engines and have had a 911 turbo in the past. I for one would definitely be a buyer of the above (given the GT2 RS is probably too hardcore for a normal Sunday driver like me)

For the 993, 996 and 997 there was a "vanilla" GT2 .....with the GT2 RS being the ultra ultra bonkers model introduced for 997.

There should be a vanilla GT2 for the 991 range ???
