ACEA A3/B3 , A3/B4, API SL ....£16 for 5 litres

Same spec as Mobil Super 3000 X1 Engine Oil - 5W-40

Would anybody use this in their 997.1

To be same spec as Mobil, it needs to meet Porsche spec A40. If thats not written on the bottle, its not up to the job.

Personally, I would stick with a major brand name regardless.

Cheap oil in an expensive engine....not a good idea.

Millers Nandorive CFS+ for me, every time. Lots of lovely Molybdenum and reassuringly expensive. Used by Hartech exclusively.

Millers all the way for me. I wouldn’t try to save money on something so important as oil.
