Mr Whippy Machine - help!
Discussion
80kg of proper ice cream maker:

Made by Longo and Co, sold by MrWhippy.
Biz, both of whom have been approached for comment, neither have responded. No manual with it or readily available online.
The question - it has a "Making Scale", 3 numbers that fluctuate, but not obviously in response to anything (volume of liquid inside, amount used or left), so what is it, and what does it measure?
Purchases second hand so could be duff sensor of course. Quality of output does not appear to change regardless of reading. Left side of display as here:

Ideas?
The number on the right is a "stiffness level", which does not seem to change from "3" come what may. Again could be duff. Ideas?
Of particular PH note is the knob- aluminium, MOMO!

Ice cream mix!

Readily available from all sorts of places, essentially milk, sugar, flavouring.
Clean with a little water when empty and wipe the exit.
Should also have said, there is an online manual for the next generation, with the same display, that says useful things like "if the stiffness is wrong, change it". Which I can't seem to do.

To the OP poster, i spoke to 3 of the ice cream guys and none have a whippy ice cream machine just a longo and company slush machine. They have no idea on the whippy macine as they dont use one but did get a number for longo who are based in Huddersfield. I have a mobile for the boss if this helps ? If so fell free to mail me.
Is this not the manual then?

PS. According to the above you haven't positioned it correctly in order to provide adequate ventilation and prevent overheating.

I’d be as fat as James corden if I had one of those. Top purchase. Could the numbers be related to mixture remaining or something like that if it’s putting out decent product.
Seems to be resistance of the chilled content (according to the later specs online), but where it's measured and what it's reading is unclear, or what it means needs to be done (if anything).Batleyred said:

Thanks, really do appreciate you making the effort. Have been contacted by another member who can help- someone will be in touch with them for a run through the machine, which is TRULY ACE!

No, later model. Is not on long enough to overheat in a domestic environment, and only goes on for special occasions anyway.https://www.mrwhippy.biz/wp-content/uploads/2015/1...
