Been having various foot problems, Physio says she cant do anything as it is congenital and I "Supinate", which seems like a bit of positive camber, as opposed to the normal defect of "Pronation" which is more like Negative camber, 15 minutes and has referred me to a Podiatrist to get some insoles made.

Anyone been down this route, the running shop said I was pronating, someone must be wrong.

Look into barefoot walking/running - Vivobarefoot shoes.

I have no cartilage in my ankles due to sports injuries/hereditary weak ankles. I have tried the whole insoles, gel heels, supports and so on and so forth.

Looking into barefoot, relearning how to walk, using forefoot strike, and buying Vivobarefoot shoes, has seen the most dramatic improvement I have had since my problems started.

I will never wear normal shoes again.
