Can you retrofit these door sills to Cayenne?

I'm looking at a 2016 Cayenne Platinum. Does anyone know if an OPC can retrofit either the aluminium side skirts ("Door-sill trim strips in aluminium") or the "running boards"? I think the Cayenne looks much better from the side for either of the above 2 options and would ideally want to add them.

I had similar sills fitted to my Macan from new and whilst they looked OK they were a pita. Not quite wide enough to be a step in or out of the car I found myself stepping over them when getting out and then dragging the back of my calf over them. My wife hated them for the same reasons. I'd hoped they would be like the sills you get on a RRS which are more of step.
