Going out Business tomorrow (early 07.0n!!)

What is the best lounge for breakfast
Galleries or Terrace and what one best for just looking at passing activity?

I think there is Galleries North, Galleries South & Galleries 5B.

5b is quieter but not much by way of breakfast. South & North do the same stuff anyhow. South is just closer to the club check in. Bacon rolls but no full english

You need First lounge for full english. And very nice it usually is!

Assuming you are Silver/Club, much of a muchness. Just go to the one that is at the right end for your gate (low numbers turn left out of security, high numbers turn right). Possibly the one at the right hand end on the top floor is a bit quieter and nicer?

If Gold/First then use the newish Gold check-in and go to the First lounge just past it.

For me the longes are fine for a drink and lounging in terminal 5 but for eating i go to plane food after i clear security and eat there.

The one on the left after priority security is crap I found, too many people and quite dirty/scruffy.
However at 6am you might not have that experienced...

Went First to SFO last yea,r from entering the terminal to sitting down with a drink or two was no longer than 5mins!!!

Just make sure you are going from B or C gates first though if going to 5B!

You could always beg a Gold card holder to get you in First lounge or First passenger to get you in CCR! Former is a bit harder though since they put 1st Wing in though!

upgrade then Concorde Room :-) food is decent but the Grand Siecle champers is a great way to kill a couple of hours
