What did I see over France

This morning around 09:30 local time, a large passanger plane accompanied by two small jet fighters passed over Angouleme heading Southeast. Checking flightradar24 when I got home showed nothing.

Curious as Trumpy seems to be in the US and not sure who else might get a fighter escort ?

Could be a couple of FAF fighters training with one of their new A330 MRTT's?

Possibly a passenger jet who’s locator has failed.

It's happening in that area nearly on a daily basis and more than once a day. Very high up and sometimes more than two fighters alongside or in formation near by.

Another QRA deployment perhaps? They are becoming increasingly common.
