Water in boot lid - 2010 A4
Discussion
Can anyone suggest where water is getting in the boot lid from in a 2010 A4?
Its not a new phenomenon, has been happening for years, but recently the paint has started to bubble suggesting that there is some rust starting from the inside of the skin - you can see in the pictures below. If I remove the rubber stopped in the 3rd picture then any water in the skin will drain. It only seems to happen after rain, but I have no clue where the water is getting in from. The water is obviously sitting at the lowest point, where the boot dips near the light fitting.
