First time registration V55/5 form - help please!

Quote: "Exemptions from vehicle approval
You do not need vehicle approval for:
cars and minibuses with 8 passenger seats or less (not including the driver) over 10 years old"

If yes, you need to give the full reason for the exemption" Reason, it's more than ten years old!

I just registered a Frogeye. All references to compliance etc I simply put not applicable . They accepted that fine. Still had to get an inspection tho

It's a miserable form. I had one of mine returned.

Here's an example. What would you do with this?

Box 5 - manufacturer
Box 6 - make
Box 7 - model

If the car is a Alfa Romeo Giuiletta Spider, how would you set that out? I would assume "Manufacturer" and "Make" are the same!? I left the Make box empty (put down: Manufacturer - Alfa, Model - GS) and had it returned because I left that box blank. I sent it back saying Alfa for both Manufactuer and Make and it was approved. 3 weeks wasted.
