Noise in wheel arch

Not sure what it is but when i start accelerating, there is a kind of tinny sound like something is stuck to the wheel and speeds up when I speed up - but I can't see anything - Is there such a thing as a bearing or washer or sometrhing in the actual alloy that may have come loose but I can't see ? Suggestions would be good. Thanks T

Check you have'nt got a tiny stone wedged between caliper and disc. It happened on our shopping car, just reversed a few times with a few jerks and it popped out.

Lucky there were some "jerks" around to help really.
