I'm looking for a daily driver for commuting and a bit of fun after coming into a bit of money.

2 seater or 2+2 ideally. We have a freelander 2 that is the general transporting the dog/tip-run car.

I'd want Auto/semi-auto as all my commuting is done in the centre of Bristol. Had a manual box but sold it after a year as it was a PITA in stop-start traffic that is constant in Bristol.

Currently I'm looking at 997.2/Evora /maybe an M4 (would it be special enough is my worry)

It'll be a car that I will keep for a long time so it needs to be able to give me that 'look back once parked' feeling.

Apart from the 911/Evora, should I consider the 981S Cayman too ?

Would the Evora be up to being a daily ?

Anything else I should consider ? Maybe an F-Type coupe or an Alfa 4C ?

+1

I've done it with 2 Vantages but Evora would get my pick now.

fk the 981S, I just bought an 18 plate 718, it's fking awesome and soooo quick. If you ignore all the bullst written on here about the engine change and actually drive the car you will enjoy it.
