Where can I get the Mod Wise kits?

Can't seem to raise David Beer on phone or email, plus web is down.
Hot start problem that requires attention!
Also want the boot kit.

The hot start issue doesn't need a kit from David. You just need to buy an automotive relay and some connectors. There is a thread on here with pictures and a write up, if you can find it.
