After twenty years of being custodian to the S3 Vixen, today was the day to bite the bullet and let it go.

Been off the road since 2012 for a slow and painful rebuild that wasn't going anywhere.

Hopefully it'll be restored by its new owner over the next couple of years. smile

It was a real love/hate relationship, but I'll look back fondly on that cute noisy little car as when it was good, it was very good.

That really is lovely, got a soft spot for vixens, better proportioned and prettier to my eyes than other TVR's of the era, there isn't a bad angle on them.

Must have been a difficult decision B but at least the end of the problems and you can concentrate on the blue rocket!

Very difficult decision, but once you remove the emotional ties and the nostalgia it made sense not to sink a chunk of 'place in the sun' money into a restoration. smile
