993 Turbo as a daily driver???

I am looking to buy a 993 Turbo to use pretty much on a daily basis. Mostly home to work and back journeys (15 minutes each way), may use during the day to run errands and to pop out for lunch, on the weekends would use for the occasional B road blast but mostly would be in and around town and just for fun. Would be great to hear opinions.

I also have access to other vehicles if I need more comfort or space when traveling with the family.

If anyone is selling a 993 Turbo in Green (may consider black and arena red too), please get in touch - as I am looking to buy in October.
