So what's the recent story regarding this ? I know it was at Watchet, but how is it now high and dry near Shirehampton ?

There are still a few MTB/ASR boats in the Shoreham houseboat community, though not in quite the same condition as that one.

That would be a project if ever I won a decent amount on the lottery.

I don't fancy trying to manhandle a torpedo at 40 knots in a seaway, the slipstream alone will require holding on with both hands.
