Thruxton lost my caps!
Discussion
I parked behind a few TVRs in my Cerbera on Sunday (behind a brand new chamelon ? paint tuscan s and a few other TVRs (incl C3RBY ? type plate). I noticed that someone has nicked 3 of the metal dust caps off my spider wheels. I assume that someone now has a NOVA with lovely dust caps. Thanks scum bag!
Ah yes, see Scrotes, toe rags, max muppets, little darlings? thread for my experiences.

Spooky - I lost one from the rear nearside,of my Chimaera, were silver with TVR logo, not the same by any chance and the B******s wanted a full set.

I lost all 4 of mine at Thruxton and must have been parked pretty close to you (Cooper Green Chimaera) as Paul & Jeff were with your group..
I had only just replaced them after some other theiving scotes had had the previous set away in Poole 3 weeks earlier.
I had tightened the new set with a quarter inch drive socket, so I reckon whoever it was went prepared !

We lost one and another was loose.
Goes with the territory we suppose and we are just grateful the bastard did not scratch the car.
We go to Thruxton regularly and as well as being the most expensive track, the security is the poorest. A guy at the Motorschool apparently had his Jaguar stolen while he was there last year according to the newspaper.
The number is not C3RBY by the way but close.

I have a spare one from when the first set got nicked if you want one. Will bring it along to the next TVRCC meet.

Thank God the School holidays have finished, I should now keep a full set of caps until Christmas.
Scrotes, ba$tards, toe rags, pikeys ......
Noticed my levely 'TVR' logo'd ones missing on collecting my car from the dealer last month.
As already said, it's a big problem in the school hol's, and the dealer sheepishly admitted as much and sorted some suitable (no logo though, boo hoo!) replacements.
Currently working on a special hybrid tazzer/valve cap thingy - should be in the shops for Xmas!
