GDPR on handheld devices

Hi there. For the life of me I can't figure out how to remove this image every time I click on a page from my iPhone or iPad. Can you advise please?

Is your device set to bin cookies every time you close the browser?

Ah, I think that's worked thanks 2CV. I had "Block all cookies" on. Turning it off seems to have made the difference. Much appreciated. Bit useless on these things! Cheers.
