New (used) car cleaning

Hi I am going to get a new to me car it will be used and I want to be able to super clean it to get all the paint clean and contaminate free and then start from fresh I already have tons of car cleaning stuff I just wanted to know what people use in terms of snow foam/ car shampoo and what clay they use and my plan is to wash the car de contaminate with fallout remover and tar remover then clay, wash for a second time then polish and wax.
I will also take the wheels off to clean and protect all of the wheel arches any input on what products people use would be great.

I'd suggest a ceramic coating for your wheels. Will make cleaning them going forward a lot easier. Gyeon Rim or Gtechniq C5 are two reputable brands.
