I have to do a basic DBS check to work for a multinational company and am encountering some issues.
You apply through various companies like the Post Office or Experian and a few others and every time I input my address the process is halted.
I thought this was initially something to do with council tax or electoral roll.
But apparently not, as I am registered for both.
Anyone, any ideas? I ave no previous or anything to disclose, could it be linked to a previous occupier at the address? As I never get as far as inputting passport or driving licence details, the process stops as soon as I enter my address.

Could be that the address isn't recognised. If you live in a new-build type estate, there can sometimes be a lag with some database users getting the info.
