Not so fast, DVD! Look at this amazingly helpful approach to responding to specific questions....
Now isn't that a great approach to providing timely advice? There's no number to call, no other suggestions on how to get your question answered. And they ask for your name and email even though they're not going to respond to you.

Don't worry DVD, you'll always be my choice for "memory man" when it comes to statutes; I don't trust anything you can't communicate with!

The day that they can do a web application which indexes a bunch of documents that can use thought, intelligence and consideration is the day we are all stuffed. Until then, I think I will take the collective advice of the BiB on PH - since they have brains and experience, something that a website will never have...
So you arent redundant.....

a few interesting things on that site eg;
17 years old
can obtain a licence to drive vehicles
can go to war
fly a plane
can give blood
18 years old
can appear before an adult court
can make a will
can buy fireworks
so at 17 you can fly a plane but cant buy fireworks.
you can go to war but cant write a will.
and you can drive a car but cant go to adult court...
are the penalties the same from 'youf' court as they are from adult? did we all miss out on the chance to do 200mph on public roads and get away with it? how much would insurance be for an 18yo with a years ban on their licence be?
oh yeah and you can drive a car, fly a plane and go to war, yeah and we're gonna let you give blood too, you might be needing it...

I dislike the idea of 16 year olds running the country but I also understand the principle of no taxation without representation. How did we get into that mess? Perhaps I should post a question on the website....
Not quite Peter:
1 day old can pay taxes.
